Billi Pty Ltd will provide regular maintenance service, repairs and replacement of parts due to malfunction or scheduled maintenance on the above stated equipment for a period of 36 calendar months at the prices agreed below.

Regular scheduled service will include filter cartridge supply and replacement, sanitization, complete system check, minor adjustments and replacement of parts as required. A scheduled service interval of not more than 12 months is recommended for both commercial and domestic applications. A more frequent service interval may be required in areas with poor water conditions or heavy equipment usage.

This service agreement includes repairs & replacement of parts outside of the regular scheduled service intervals and the replacement of parts to repair system due to malfunction excluding additional filter changes. Extra filter changes requested in addition to the service interval as stated below will be charged separately at normal Billi Pty Ltd service rates. Agreement only includes dispenser replacement where required in standard chrome colour- other colours/finishes are addtiional cost.

Service and repairs will only be carried out within normal working hours, Monday to Friday unless otherwise arranged.

Billi Pty Ltd reserves the right to carry out the regular filtration system service should this be due within one (1) month of a call being attended for repairs due to malfunction of system.

Damage to equipment caused by unauthorized service persons, abnormal water conditions, negligence or abuse will not be covered by this agreement and repairs will be charged at the additional service rates shown on page 2. This agreement incorporates the Billi Pty Ltd standard terms and conditions of sale, as published from time to time at www.billi.com.au. To the extent of any inconsistency, the terms of this agreement shall prevail.

Upon early termination of this agreement, for any reason, Billi:(a) will be entitled to retain all monies previously paid under the agreement, and (b) may recover the balance of agreement due for the contract period as an amount immediately due and payable and any and all additional damages and expenses sustained by Billi by reason of such early termination or by reason of the breach of any provision contained or implied in this agreement.

This service agreement is applicable to the above stated company or person and is not transferable. Should the equipment be relocated, this service agreement will only remain valid if approved by Billi Pty Ltd.

This service agreement will be renewed on completion unless otherwise notified and is immediately valid on receipt of payment. Payment will only be accepted by direct debit

Exclusions: The sink flick mixer tap is not covered under this agreement, unless a recognised PLV is installed. Pricing is inclusive of GST and is subject to annual review.

Billi Pty Ltd has entered into this agreement on the express understanding that all units to be maintained pursuant to this agreement are in good working order. In the event that during this agreement a unit is determined by Billi Pty Ltd to be uneconomical to repair due to its condition, prior use or its age (being 6 years old or greater) Billi Pty Ltd will, at its option, grant a credit or refund the balance value of the agreement with respect to that unit (to the extent previously paid to Billi Pty Ltd).
